Esse bacalhau assado ao estilo português é uma receita tradicional, com sabores intensos e uma textura reconfortante, ideal para ocasiões especiais e para quem ama pratos à base de bacalhau.

Directions

Step1

Deixe o bacalhau de molho em água fria durante a noite ou por algumas horas, trocando a água algumas vezes para dessalgar. Escorra a água e repita o processo.

Step2

Aqueça uma panela grande com água até ferver. Cozinhe o bacalhau por 5 minutos; escorra e deixe esfriar, mantendo os pedaços grandes. Reserve.

Step3

Preaqueça o forno a 190°C.

Step4

Em uma assadeira de 20x28 cm, faça uma camada com metade das rodelas de batata, depois adicione todo o bacalhau as rodelas de cebola, o restante das batatas e por cima os pimentões e as azeitonas.

Step5

Em uma tigela pequena, misture o azeite, o alho, a salsa, os flocos de pimenta, a páprica e o molho de tomate. Despeje essa mistura uniformemente sobre a assadeira.

Step6

Asse no forno preaquecido por 45 minutos, ou até que as batatas estejam macias.
