Se preferir cookies mais crocantes, asse até 10 minutos e deixe esfriar na própria assadeira. Substituições saudáveis: Use farinha integral no lugar da farinha de trigo normal para uma versão mais equilibrada. Armazenamento: Guarde em um pote hermético por até 5 dias em temperatura ambiente ou congele por até 3 meses.

    Pré-aqueça o forno: Ajuste a temperatura para 190°C. Unte levemente uma assadeira ou forre com papel manteiga.

    Prepare a massa: Em uma tigela grande, bata a margarina e o adoçante até obter um creme homogêneo. Adicione o ovo e o extrato de baunilha e misture bem.

    Misture os ingredientes secos: Em outra tigela, peneire juntos a farinha, o bicarbonato de sódio e o sal. Acrescente os ingredientes secos à mistura cremosa e mexa até incorporar bem.

    Adicione o chocolate: Misture as gotas de chocolate meio amargo na massa.

    Modele os cookies: Com uma colher de chá, coloque porções da massa na assadeira, deixando aproximadamente 5 cm (2 polegadas) de distância entre cada cookie.

    Step6

    Asse os cookies: Leve ao forno por 8 a 10 minutos, ou até que as bordas fiquem levemente douradas.

    Step7

    Esfrie e sirva: Retire do forno e deixe os cookies esfriarem na assadeira por 2 minutos antes de transferi-los para uma grade.
