O Bacalhau à Gomes de Sá é uma receita tradicional portuguesa, perfeita para uma ceia especial. Com batatas, cebolas e azeite, é um prato completo que agrada a todos.

    Directions

    Step1

    Cozinhe os ingredientes: Cozinhe as batatas em rodelas até ficarem macias. Cozinhe o bacalhau por 10 minutos, escorra e reserve

    Step2

    Refogue a cebola: Em uma panela, aqueça o azeite e refogue as cebolas até dourar. Tempere com sal e pimenta.

    Step3

    Em uma travessa, faça camadas de batata, bacalhau e cebola. Repita até acabar os ingredientes.

    Step4

    Asse e finalize: Asse em forno preaquecido a 200°C por 20 minutos. Decore com ovos cozidos, azeitonas e salsa antes de servir.
