O Alexander Espresso é uma bebida sofisticada e aromática que combina o sabor intenso do café espresso com a suavidade do creme de cacau e o toque elegante do conhaque. Finalizada com creme de leite batido e decorada com chocolate meio amargo, essa receita é perfeita para momentos especiais ou para impressionar os convidados em uma reunião. Com uma apresentação charmosa e sabor marcante, ela pode ser preparada em poucos minutos e adaptada para festas ou ocasiões românticas. Um verdadeiro deleite para amantes de café e coquetéis!

Ingredients

240 ml de água fria (1 xícara)

2 colheres de sopa de café espresso moído

1/2 pau de canela (7,5 cm de comprimento)

4 colheres de chá de creme de cacau

2 colheres de chá de conhaque

2 colheres de sopa de creme de leite fresco (bem gelado)

Chocolate meio amargo ralado para decorar

Directions

Step1

Prepare o café utilizando uma máquina de espresso ou faça um café bem forte com uma pequena quantidade de água.

Step2

Quebre o pau de canela em pedaços pequenos e adicione ao café quente. Deixe esfriar por 1 minuto.

Step3

Acrescente o creme de cacau e o conhaque, mexendo suavemente

Step4

Sirva o café em xícaras pequenas (como de café espresso).

Step5

Bata o creme de leite até obter uma textura leve e coloque uma colherada sobre cada xícara de café.

Step6

Decore com o chocolate ralado ou com raspas de chocolate para um toque mais sofisticado.
